Pontoon and Jon Boat Rental
Rules and Regulations

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Any Tennessee resident born after January 1, 1989 must have in their possession a TWRA - issued card showing proof of successful completion of the TWRA administered boating safety exam.
  • A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve a pontoon. If reserving a Jon Boat or canoe, a 50% deposit is required. This must be paid at the time of reservation with cash or credit card. The balance is due at arrival and must be paid before departure.
  • In case of cancellation, a 30 day notice is required to receive a refund of deposit. With a 30 day notice of cancellation, 90% of your deposit paid will be refunded. With less than 30 days notice of cancellation, your entire deposit will be forfeited. You may, however, call us no later than 3 days before your reservation to change to a later date. Any changes in reservations will result in a $25.00 service charge.
  • Pontoon, jon boat and canoe rental periods are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Renter is required to provide a valid credit card at time of arrival as a breakage deposit. The name on the credit card must match the name listed on the rental contract.
  • If the vessel is not returned by the specified time, a fee of $100.00 per hour will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • All pontoons seat a maximum of 12 people. Jon Boats seat a maximum of 4 people and canoes seat 2 people.
  • All children under 12 years of age are required, by law, to wear a coast guard approved life vests at all times while on the deck of a recreational boat, except when anchored, moored or aground.
  • All pontoons are equipped with 12 life vests, an anchor and 2 lounge chairs on the top deck. Lounge chairs may not be taken from other pontoons as this will cause a shortage of chairs for other renters. If lounge chairs are taken from other rental pontoons, you will be charged $25.00 for each chair taken.
  • Pontoons have a full tank of gas at departure from the marina. Renter is responsible for refilling gas and oil upon return of the pontoon.
  • Our rental boats are not allowed past Hurricane Bridge. If you travel past Hurricane Bridge and need assistance, a fee of $100.00 plus $45.00 per hour from time of departure of employee to time of return to marina will be charged to your credit card on file.Tubing and skiing behind pontoons is prohibited. Renter is responsible for any damages to vessel due to tubing or skiing behind pontoons.
  • Grilling on pontoons is not permitted. Using a grill on the pontoons may cause burns on carpets and/or seats. Any burned carpet or upholstery will need to be replaced. These replacements will be billed to the renter responsible for damages.
  • Renter is responsible for the behavior of his/her crew.
  • You must obey all TWRA regulations.
  • Please obey the "NO WAKE" zones and boat safely.
  • It is unlawful to operate any vessel while under the influence of any intoxicants or drugs.
  • Renter is responsible for any and all damages to boat and/or equipment provided (anchor, prop, chairs, fire extinguisher, etc.)
  • Any damages or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file.
