$800.00 Deposit Due to Hold Reservation
Refundable Breakage Deposit of $500.00 Required on All Houseboat Rentals

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

All Boats sleep 10 people and are fully equipped with towels, linens, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans.
Boat must be anchored 1 hour prior to sunset. The boat must NOT be under power at night.
Please adhere to all Marina policies while staying on the houseboat.

Check in time is 2:00 PM CDT
Check out time is 10:00 AM CDT
The boat must be returned on time and unloaded by 10:00 AM

Cancellations require a 30 day notice for deposit refund.
If less than 30 days, 75% of deposit will be returned if the boat is re-rented for the entire rental period.
You may reschedule to the off season for a full credit + $25.00 rescheduling fee if certain conditions are met.
