•~We monitor marine radio channel #10. Please check the volume button on the marine radio.

•~There will be a $150.00 charge for damaged propeller.

•~No foreign objects in the toilets. There will be a $75.00 charge per blockage of pump out system.

•~Boat must be docked at Center Hill Marina by 10:00am on turn in day. A $100.00 per hour charge for every hour past 10:00am will be added to the rental fee.

•~When returning to the marina, call ahead on marine radio for docking instructions.

•~No service calls after store closing hours.

•~No pets are allowed on boat. A $100.00 fee per day for length of stay will be charged if evidence is found.

•~Please be aware of anchor light on front top wheel when pulling up to a bank where tree limbs are present.

•~All dishes must be washed prior to turn in of the boat.

•~Do not unpack or use life jackets for swimming.  Life jackets are for use in the event of an emergency only.

•~Do not enter or open engine compartments.

•~Make sure all ropes are secured to prevent entanglement in propeller.

•~Boats must be tied off or anchored 1 hour before sunset.

•~You may not drive the boat after dark except in the case of extreme emergency (example: illness requiring an ambulance call) You will forfeit the $500.00 deposit if found moving at night.

•~Do not move fenders on houseboat.

•~Houseboats are not allowed beyond Hurricane Bridge, (State Highway 56).  If the boat is found past this point you will forfeit the entire breakage deposit.

•~You will be charged for:

  • Missing or damaged ropes (3 on board)

  • Damaged prop

  • Missing or damaged life jackets

  • Missing batteries

  • Missing outdoor chairs or tables

  • Missing or damaged antennae

  • Missing or damaged cooler

  • Missing lake map

  • Overall bad condition of boat upon return will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee

  • Missing fender

  • Discharged fire extinguisher
